At Sunwhite, our order processing time is from 1 to 3 days, once your order has been processed, it is shipped. Our delivery times are from 4 to 15 business days.
Once you place your order, you can track it at any time to know where it is.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email where you can find your order number so you can locate your order at all times.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
On our page you can track your order. You just have to enter the main menu and click on "Follow my order".

In case the recipient is absent during delivery or if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be deposited at the nearest local post office.

Collection deadline: a. The customer has 15 working days from the date of the notification to pick up his order at the local post office. b. After this period, the order will be considered unclaimed and will proceed to be returned to origin.
Return to Origin: a. In the event that the customer does not pick up the order within the established period, the order will be returned to our origin location. b. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to resend the order in case he wants to recover it.
