RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Return Period
Our refund policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since you receive your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Discounted or sale items

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Downloadable software products

Certain health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item and informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at 📩 info@sunwhitebcn.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
