RETURNS

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If it has been 14 days since you made your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be processed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that was opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. If you have it. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then contact your bank. A processing time is often necessary before a refund can be reflected.

Items on offer (if applicable)
Only normal price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the items on offer cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
We only make changes if the items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@sunwhitebcn.com.
Gifts.
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the person who made the gift decided to send the order and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will find out about your return.
Consignment
The shipping costs to return your item are borne by the customer. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
If you send an item over €75, it is recommended to use a tracking shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
